There are some rules:
For each combination of 1 x $1,000 (1 personal recruit and $1,000 in annual Gross Bonusable Premium from Field Training Observations AKA FTO's), you, the New Representative, will bank $200 in bonus credits. However, no Field Training Bonus (including App log in credits) is payable if the qualifications (minimum 1 x $1,000) have not been met.
If you do not complete pre-licensing or obtain a permanent license in the first 60 days, all of your bonus credits are reduced by 50%. From time to time, the Company may temporarily extend or modify the pre-licensing deadline.
Pre-licensing completion is meeting the requirements of company-approved classroom training, online courses, or webinars (which vary by state). In Canada, it is attempting the certification exams. In Puerto Rico, it consists of the Representative submitting a temporary life license application.
No further bonus credits may be earned as of the effective date of the permanent license or the final day of the Qualification Period, whichever is earlier.
The Qualification Period is 90 days in the U.S., 120 days in Canada, and 220 days in Puerto Rico. In each case the Qualification Period is measured from the date the your Field Trainer receives production credit, which typically is close to the IBA date. From time to time, the Company may temporarily extend or modify the Qualification Periods.
